Target Audience
The target audience for this course is a TPA, service provider, or consultant with 2-3 years or more of experience, who seeks a comprehensive understanding of error correction under EPCRS in order to properly advise, guide and support clients in correcting plan failures.

CPE Credits
Learners must view each lesson and complete the exam with a score of 70% or higher in order to earn NIPA CPE credits and receive a downloadable PDF certificate of completion. Credits will be applied to a NIPA member's account during the membership year in which the course was completed.
